1. Nature of the campaign
TakaTricks Hustle Stories is a promotional, content-sharing campaign run by TakaTricks. It is free to enter — no purchase necessary. It is not a job offer, an investment scheme, gambling, or a guarantee of any earnings. Any amounts shown in participant stories reflect individual, unverified-by-us-beyond-screenshot experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India to participate. One account per person. TakaTricks may remove duplicate accounts or accounts found to be in breach of these terms at its sole discretion.
3. Submissions
Entries must reflect your own genuine experience and be supported by an authentic, unedited screenshot. TakaTricks reviews every entry manually and may approve or reject any entry at its sole discretion. Fabricated, altered, or reused proof will be rejected and may result in removal from the campaign.
4. Winner selection
"Most Consistent" is calculated automatically each calendar month: a participant needs at least 5 distinct days with a verified entry of ₹20 or more to be eligible; the most qualifying days wins, ties broken by total verified amount. If no participant meets this minimum, no prize is awarded for that category that month. "Best Story" is selected at TakaTricks' sole editorial discretion from that month's verified, publicly-consented entries. Decisions on both are final.
5. Prize & delivery
The prize is a small digital gift card/e-voucher, sent by email to the address on the winner's account, typically within a few days of the month's results being announced. Winners have 14 days from being contacted to respond and confirm delivery details. If there is no response within that window, the prize may be forfeited and offered to a runner-up. TakaTricks funds this prize independently and may change its value or nature for future months, effective only going forward.
6. Content license
By submitting an entry with the "okay to show publicly" option selected, you grant TakaTricks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and adapt (including redacting sensitive details from) your submitted story and screenshot, on the TakaTricks website and its social/marketing channels, credited to the name on your account. You may withdraw this consent for future use by contacting support@takatricks.in, though content already published prior to your request may remain live.
7. Changes & termination
TakaTricks may modify, pause, or discontinue this campaign at any time, and may change thresholds, prize structure, or these terms for future months. Changes will not be applied retroactively to a month that has already closed.
8. Liability
TakaTricks is not responsible for the performance, policies, or payouts of any third-party app, platform, or service mentioned in a participant's story. Participation is at your own discretion and risk with respect to any third-party hustle you choose to pursue.
9. Governing law
