Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and email when you register.
• Your password — stored as a one-way secure hash. We never see or store your actual password.
• Each entry you submit: date, category, platform/app name, amount, your written story, and a screenshot you upload as proof.
• Whether you've ticked the box allowing an entry to appear publicly.
• A standard login session cookie, used only to keep you signed in — no third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set by this app.

How we use it

• To run your account and let you log in.
• To manually review and verify your submitted entries.
• To display verified entries you've consented to share publicly on the leaderboard and Hall of Fame pages (your name and amount, not your email).
• To contact you by email if you win a monthly prize.
• Only with your consent: to feature your story and a redacted screenshot on the TakaTricks blog or social channels.

Your screenshots stay private

Proof screenshots are never publicly linked or listed. Only you and the site admin (for verification purposes) can view them. If a screenshot is ever featured publicly with your permission, sensitive details (account numbers, UPI IDs, etc.) are manually blurred first.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• We don't ask for or store any payment method details — only whatever you choose to include in your own screenshot.
• We don't run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this site.

Your data, your control

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and entries at any time by emailing support@takatricks.in.
